Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Kuttralam Resorts, we understand that plans may change, and we want to make the cancellation process as hassle-free as possible for our valued guests. Please take note of our cancellation and refund policy below:

1. Cancellation Guidelines:

• Guests can cancel their reservations at any time before the check-in date.
• To cancel a booking, guests must contact our reservations team via email at kuttralamresorts4@gmail.com or by phone at +91 99525 72126.
  

2. Cancellation Charges:

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the check-in date will incur no cancellation fee. However, the refund shall be made after deduction of the applied taxes.
• Cancellations made within 3 days of the check-in date will result in a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the total booking amount.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the check-in date will result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total booking amount.
  

3. No-Show Policy:

In the event of a no-show (where the guest fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior cancellation), the full booking amount will be charged as a no-show fee.

4. Refund Process:

• Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7 business days from the date of cancellation.
• Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during booking.
  

5. Refund Exceptions:

• Refunds will not be provided for any early check-outs or unused portions of a reservation.
• Special packages, non-refundable bookings, and promotional rates may have different cancellation and refund policies, which will be clearly communicated during the booking process.
  

6. Force Majeure:

In the event that a guest’s cancellation is due to extraordinary circumstances, such as natural disasters, government-imposed travel restrictions, or other force majeure events, we will consider requests for exceptions to our standard cancellation policy on a case-by-case basis.

7. Modifications:

Guests can request modifications to their reservations, subject to availability and any applicable rate differences.

• By making a reservation at Kuttralam Resorts, guests agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this cancellation and refund policy. We reserve the right to amend this policy as necessary, and any changes will be communicated through our official website and booking platforms.

• Cancellations made 15 or more days before check-in date will be free.
• Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance but less than 15 days will incur a cancellation charge of 1 night’s tariff.
• No shows and cancellations made 0 to 7 days in advance will incur 100% charge of the booking.
• In case of a full refund on cancellation, there will be a deduction of approximately 5.7% as payment processing charges.)
