In any room under Kuttralam Resorts, we can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children (under 5 years) free of charge. For guests exceeding this number, an additional fee will be charged, and an extra bed will be allocated accordingly.
2. Swimming Pool Usage:
The use of our swimming pool is allowed for all registered guests. However, during peak seasons or times of full occupancy, you are required to pre-book your slot for pool usage. This policy ensures that all guests have a fair opportunity to enjoy our pool facilities.
3. Dining Reservations:
We offer a diverse and delicious menu at our restaurant. To ensure that your preferred dishes are promptly made available, we encourage you to pre-book your meals in advance. This proactive approach helps us prepare the dish of your choice from our menu prior to your arrival, ensuring a delightful dining experience.
4. Damages and Losses:
- Guests are responsible for any damages or losses caused to the resort property and its facilities during their stay.
- Guest Conduct: We expect all guests to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards fellow guests and resort staff. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in eviction from the premises without refund.
